AI data loss prevention (AI DLP)

AI data loss prevention applies checks to AI traffic to identify or limit the exposure of sensitive information in supported paths.

Why it matters

People and agents may send sensitive information to AI systems. Data checks can help teams apply policy before information moves through a supported path.

How it works

DLP controls can inspect selected signals, match patterns, and apply an action such as alerting, masking, or blocking. Coverage depends on the inspection point and policy.

How Halo approaches it

Halo supports selected PII and secret classifiers, with masking or redaction in supported gateway paths. Halo Browser also supports regex-based DLP checks on supported AI sites.
